Shipping and returns

Free shipping in EU and UK

All orders are shipped with UPS. In most countries, UPS delivers to your home. Otherwise the nearest Service Point. Express order will be available soon and will be sent to the given shipping address. Orders delivered outside the European Union are not inclusive of VAT and may incur import duties and taxes. 

Order will be sent within 1-3 working days.

We do not take responsibility for orders stuck in transit or customs. Please note that all estimated delivery times are counted from when your order has been shipped. During high sales periods, allow us an extra day or two to ship your order. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Orders can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in the same shape and condition as when you received them together with their original packaging. Bansuri.shop does not cover shipping costs for returns. 

CANCELLATION 

Any order placed can be cancelled after payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped. Orders that have been shipped are ineligible for cancellation and the Returns Policy becomes applicable (see above). Orders that are cancelled after payment has been made will be refunded via the same payment method (credit or debit card)
